The Waccamaw Community Foundation is pleased to announce the election of new Board member, R. Thomas Harrell, a CPA with the statewide firm of Elliott Davis, LLC. Mr. Harrell graduated from the University of Florida.

Rev. Cheryl Moore Adamson has been elected as the newest Board member of the Waccamaw Community Foundation.

Ruell L. Hicks, Jr. has been elected as the newest Board member of the Waccamaw Community Foundation. Senior Vice President for Wachovia Securities, Mr. Hicks has nearly two decades of experience in banking and finance.

July 19, 2007 – Murrells Inlet, SC – An Advisory Committee appointed to oversee the Waccamaw Community Trust (WCT) recently announced an inaugural round of grants totaling $50,600.
