Administrative Fees


UNRESTRICTED ENDOWMENT FUNDS:*
   • Two percent (2%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.


FIELD OF INTEREST FUNDS:*
   • Two percent (2%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
   • Minimum balance before distributions allowed: $10,000.00


DONOR ADVISED FUNDS:*
Endowed:*
   • Two percent (2%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
   • Minimum balance before distributions: $10,000.00
   • Grants made only from income.
Non-Endowed:*
   • Two percent (2%)
   • The fee is charged against the fund when the gift is received by the Foundation.
   • Grants made from income and principal.
   • Invested in Money Market.


DESIGNATED FUNDS: *

  • One and a half percent (1.5%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
  • If fund is over $1,000,000.00, the fee is negotiable.
  • Minimum balance before distributions allowed:  $10,000.00
AGENCY FUNDS:*

      Endowed:*

  • One and a half percent (1.5%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
  • If fund is over $1,000,000.00, the fee is negotiable.

        Non-Endowed:*

  • One and a half percent (1.5%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
SCHOLARSHIPS:*

  • Two percent (2%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
  • Minimum endowment before distributions:  $25,000.00

FISCAL SPONSORSHIPS:*
   • Two percent (2%) assessed annually on the fund balance, charged quarterly.
   • Additional fees may be charged on a case by case basis, depending on the
       staff time needed to facilitate the project.

SUPPORTING AGENCY:*

  • To be determined on a case by case basis.

ACORN FUND:*

  • The Minimum to open the Fund is $1,000.00
  • No fees assessed until Fund reaches $10,000.00
  • Once Fund reaches $10,000.00, the fees will be the same as fee schedule above.
  • No grants can be distributed until Fund reaches $10,000.00 for a year period.
  • If $10,000.00 is not achieved in 5 years, Waccamaw Community Foundation has option to move funds to the WCT Endowment or Endowment Fund of Donors choice.

*  All Fund Fees Will Be Per The Fee Schedule Or A Minimum $250.00 Per Year; Whichever is Higher.
