Created by donations from area residents, the is currently established at over $1,000,000. Every year, in perpetuity, the Foundation will grant the earnings from the WCT back into our Horry and Georgetown communities. Currently this amount stands at about $50,000 annually, but as the WCT grows, the earnings and grants back into our communities grow.

Each year, a group of WCT Donors are selected at random and invited to serve on an Advisory Committee. This Committee works closely with the WCF Grants Committee and our Board of Directors to review and finalize grant requests from local charities.
