The Waccamaw Community Trust (WCT)was established as a permanent fund of the Waccamaw Community Foundation to serve the needs of Horry and Georgetown County residents into the future.
It was created by donations from many Waccamaw area residents who each gave a portion of their income to help meet the needs of the future in the areas of the arts, environment, civic involvement, education, and/or health and human services.
